Practicost Consulting mainly serves the Garden Route and Bloemfontein districts in South Africa, but boasts a continuously growing client base ranging from large corporate clients, organs of state to private developers and individual clients widely spread over the entire South Africa. Our clients range from developers, companies, associated professionals and contractors. Projects include construction cost from relatively small to multi-million Rand developments. The key aspects that Practicost Consulting focuses on is practically understandable documentation, ethical values, on time delivery, quality product and keeping within budget.

HISTORY

Founded by William Smith (Also known as Willmar), Practicost Consulting (t/a Practicost Quantity Surveyors) is a Quantity Surveying Consultancy firm also known as Construction Cost Consultants with a wide footprint across South Africa.

The official opening was January 2021 in George, Western Cape from where the firm later expanded to Bloemfontein. William is a Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor and has experience in both consultation and construction fields and gained his construction experience during his previous careers as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in Bloemfontein, Johannesburg and George (Garden Route) areas respectively.
